Bob Radcliffe

Bob Radcliffe is a seasoned retail entrepreneur with 25-years experience collaborating with leading retailers and brands to create meaningful experiences. Radcliffe was one of the original pioneers in omnichannel retailing in the late 1990s, launching startup venture Mercanti Systems creating the first ‘buy online and pick up in local store’ purchasing platform. More recently he worked with Lumanext, a revolutionary DC lighting infrastructure that included using sensor technology to capture data that translates into actionable insights and customer benefits. Adhering to design-thinking methodology, Bob strives to deconstruct consumer behavior and identify practical solutions that provide differentiation, loyalty, and sales lift. In 2016,Bob joined Reality Interactive to explore technology platforms that provide optimized content with data capture and analytics tools that measure consumer behavior during the store journey. The result is a comprehensive understanding of retail performance correlated with POS and peripheral marketing data.
