Twila Brown serves as the Director of Retail Stores at Draper James, Reese Witherspoon’s Southern lifestyle brand, and lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with her husband and two small children. Over the past three years, Twila has overseen the opening of three Draper James brick-and-mortar locations -- Atlanta, Southlake, and Lexington. A large part of her current role at Draper James is to make sure the retail teams deliver an unforgettable, personal, and authentic customer experience. Following the motto, "If you win the hearts and minds of your employees, they will win the hearts and minds of your customers and your profits will follow," Twila ensures the brand's hospitality and charm is felt by every customer walking through the doors of Draper James. When she's not at the Lexington store or traveling for business, you'll find her hosting friends and enjoying good food, great company, and LOTS of kids running wild!
