He is currently leading the Technology Strategy, Architecture and Innovation for OmniChannel and Customer experience, enabling digital transformation across Stores (POS), Customer Engagement, Digital transformation, eCommerce, Mobile, Social and Customer Service  capabilities globally across multiple fashion brands.    His key accomplishments in the past include leading the architecture for Omni channel commerce capabilities @ Target Corporation for eCommerce, Omnichannel Order Management, POS modernization, Call Center & Mobile leveraging best of breed packages as well as custom solutions using open source / cloud technologies.
