Scott Patsiga

Scott Patsiga serves as President of Telaid, a provider of cradle-to-grave technology solutions and support to multi-site clients. A customer advocate, Scott directs a dedicated, hard-working team of professionals in the relentless pursuit of perfecting complex, multi-site deployments and delivering business objectives to Telaid’s clients. Over his 26-year career with the company, Scott has pioneered Telaid’s retail service division and developed Telaid’s innovative Proven Process methodology to deliver zero-defect deployments. As a result of his vision and drive, over the last 36 months, Telaid has earned a reputation as “the” go-to technology integrator for multi-site retailers, finance companies, healthcare providers and logistics companies. 

Scott holds a B.A. in Finance from Bentley University and is active in organizations including the National Retail Federation, the Loss Prevention Research Council, Retail Industry Leaders Association and BICSI, the professional association supporting the information technology systems industry.
