Sarah Tava

As the Global Director of Retail at Fjällräven, I oversee the strategy, operations, and performance of more than 45 brand stores across the world. I have more than fifteen years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on creating engaging and sustainable customer experiences that reflect the company's values and vision.

I am passionate about developing people and building community, both within and outside the organization. I have successfully led and coordinated multiple teams, projects, and events that have increased brand awareness, loyalty, and retention. I have also applied my skills in budget management, social media marketing, and store design to optimize the efficiency, profitability, and aesthetics of the retail network. With a BS in Business Administration and Management, I am always eager to learn new ways to innovate and improve the retail sector.
