Ricky Joshi is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Saatva. Established in 2010, Saatva is the original DTC mattress industry disruptor, founded on the principle that everyone deserves healthy and restorative sleep on a quality bed. Saatva’s nine handcrafted, eco-friendly mattresses are made to order in the USA with premium materials that meet the highest health and environmental safety standards. The company remains at the forefront of the retail transformation, with a nationwide rollout of immersive, state-of-the-art Viewing Rooms where visitors can experience the full range of products and explore the brand with the help of the latest retail technology. Through accessible prices, complimentary white glove delivery, and 24/7 customer care, Saatva provides customers with an unparalleled mattress buying experience that truly embodies the meaning of Smarter Luxury Sleep. At Saatva, Joshi has been responsible for building the marketing infrastructure from the ground up, driving the company to over $400M in annual revenue. Currently, he leads Saatva's national retail store rollout, product expansion, and all other strategic planning efforts.

Prior to founding Saatva, Joshi started Sky Social Media, one of the earliest social media agencies, where he developed Facebook apps and microsites for many of the world’s most prominent brands, including Men’s Wearhouse, Norton Anti-Virus, and McDonald’s. As a veteran of Web 2.0 and the social media revolution, Joshi spearheaded business development at the Interpublic Group and led the company's $2.5M Series C investment (2006) in Facebook. Joshi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Dartmouth College.
