Rejean Roussy is the Store Operations Manager at Arc’teryx Equipment Inc. Founded in 1989, and located in the Canadian Coast Mountain wilderness. Arc’teryx designs products built on the principles of obsessive design, and timeless quality, and manufactures them using the most advanced technical fabrics for unrivaled performance in the outdoors. As Store Operations Manager, Rejean is responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the retail fleet, and also building and delivering branded programs to drive staff and consumer engagement.
