Neil Morgan is the Head of Strategy at Filson, where he oversees the strategic direction of the American heritage brand founded in 1897. Throughout his eight-year tenure at Filson, Neil has been instrumental in forging long-term strategic partnerships, leading the brand’s international expansion into Asia, overseeing retail expansion in North America, launching a resale program, and driving revenue growth. He previously held roles at the company across several departments including as COO, VP of Business Development, and Director of Special Projects. Prior to joining Filson, Neil began his career at Goldman Sachs and spent eight years in finance. He graduated from Georgetown University and currently resides in Seattle.
