Kristen Chew

Kristen is currently a Manager of Strategic Projects for Old Navy. She has 20+ years of experience working for Gap Inc. in various capacities from retail Store Manager to managing Strategic Initiatives for Old Navy. Working for Gap Inc. has given her the opportunity to develop business and leadership skills. From June 2012 – March 2016, Kristen lived in Shanghai where she lead Daily Operations for Gap Greater China stores. During her time in China, she experienced the brand’s growth and created operational best practices for stores. Her time in Shanghai was invaluable for personal and professional development.

Kristen received her B.A. in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to experience new places and cultures, cooking a variety of dishes, running and rooting for her beloved San Francisco Giants.
