Josh Illig is Brooklinen’s Vice President of Retail, where he oversees every aspect of our fast-growing retail strategy. This includes running our in-person store rollout (our retail presence will triple in 2022, with more to come in 2023 and beyond!); leading a team of both HQ and instore managers; driving strategic initiatives for store development, product flow and visual merchandising; and developing new revenue streams for the organization. Josh brings over sixteen years of experience in retail operations, marketing, community engagement, guest acquisition and loyalty, store portfolio management and more to his position at Brooklinen, with past roles at notable brands such as Vineyard Vines, lululemon and Starbucks.
