Jochen Schmidt, Vice President Distribution & Retail Real Estate at Swarovski, a family-owned crystal business run by the 5th generation of the Swarovski family. Mr. Schmidt has been with the company for 16 years, leading various global departments in Procurement, Distribution & Real Estate and Architecture. Prior to that, he has gained extensive experience in Strategy, Business Development and Sales.

Mr. Schmidt holds a MBA degree of the academy of economy and administration in Nurnberg, Germany as well the degree of Retail Real Estate economist at the International Real Estate Business School Hamburg.
