Greg Conner is a seasoned entrepreneur, leader and innovator with over 20 years of extensive experience leading innovative omni-channel retailers and developing strategic growth initiatives for companies across seven countries, in addition to co-founding three of his own companies. He is currently the VP of Retail Operations at The House of LR&C where he is responsible for growing the digitally-native brand’s national retail footprint. This year, Greg will direct the launch of ten stores for the House in key cities across the United States. At a time when retailers are forced to reinvent traditional brick-and-mortar opening strategies, Greg is keeping technological innovation at the forefront of his retail approach through partnerships with Flowcodes and virtual styling, among other forward-thinking tactics. He joined the company in November 2021 after serving as Vice President of Retail & Operations for Performance Kitchen. Previous to that role, Greg was a Senior Management Consultant for SeaTec a systems engineering and technology firm serving clients including Boeing and British Airways.

Outside of his professional ventures, Greg is passionate about travel and the Great Outdoors. He has visited over 50 countries and hiked all along Orcas Island in the Pacific Northwest. Giving back to his community has always been important to Greg. During the pandemic, he organized the donation of thousands of meals to several food banks in the greater Seattle area.
