Dwight Howell

Director, Store Design Target

Dwight Howell is currently the Director, Store Design for Design Program Management. He leads a team of Design Program Managers that work across the enterprise to coordinate and implement phases of programs and special projects that cross multiple design disciplines. Prior, he was in Store Operations as a Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager. Before joining Target, Dwight was Director of Scheduling and Pricing, North America at Eurofins Scientific. Dwight started his professional career as an US Army Engineer Officer holding a myriad of leadership positions. His accomplishments are robust including leading Soldiers in both Iraq and Afghanistan and producing various strategic plans ensuring future success of operations in the United States and abroad.

Dwight serves as a Board Member for HBCU First, a non-profit focused to increase college and career success for Black youth. Additionally, he is the Regional Chair of Minnesota for the MIT Educational Council.

Dwight holds a Bachelor of Science in Planning from Arizona State University, Master in City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.
