As the VP of Construction & Design for Eataly, his team is responsible for driving the store design, budgeting, procurement, construction, and ongoing facility management for the entire North American expansion of Eataly USA’s portfolio, as well as the store remodeling program for Eataly USA’s 6 flagship stores.
