Carl Chang

Director, Retail Operations Best Buy

Carl Chang is Director, Retail Technology and Tools for Best Buy.  In this role he is responsible for representing the retail employee in the creation of technology solutions that support Best Buy’s strategic imperatives.   He is responsible for capabilities including selling and activation tools, customer relationship management, and customer appointment scheduling.

Carl brings over 25 years of retail experience across specialty, mass merchants, grocery, and online.  He has worked in both domestic and international markets in various capacities across operations, finance, and IT.  He holds a MBA from the University of MN.
