Alexandra Powers is the Senior Manager of Communications, Culture, and Associate Engagement for Office Depot, LLC in Boca Raton, FL. She has 19 years of communications experience across various industries and 13 years in retail.

She is currently the product owner for all internal engagement tools for Office Depot, including the communications Portal, Yammer, weekly video updates, and the coordination of C-Suite level events. Her skills include marketing, learning and development, video production, activity management, community engagement, and Lean Six Sigma process improvement. She is passionate about using communications to build community and create positive change.

Alexandra earned her Bachelor's in Business Communications and Art from Stetson University and her Master's in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida.

Alexandra lives in South Florida with her husband and three-year-old son. She volunteers with Give Kids The World and The Boys and Girls Club and provides communication consulting to minority-owned, small businesses.
