Passion, focus, creativity and true leadership is what drives me in my design process. Beautiful, conscious, business-savvy retail places consumers care about is not by chance but the result of hard work and mutual trust teams. 25+ years of retail design and architectural experience has taught me 3D innovation requires constant listening, learning, creativity and inspiring teams and clients to the best possible long term results.

I am a designer, architect and LEED AP with a passion for Alternative Format. I started in high design boutique firms. I have been an associate partner in larger architecture firms, started a retail agency designing for Nike and been the America's Environmental Creative Director for FITCHGlobal. Most recently I was Director of Concepts for the Americas Store Design bringing the agency model into Starbucks. My nimble, talented team developed Alternative Formats for The America's exploring ways to elevate the brand while bringing experience and sustainability to customers wherever they are. Starting with drive-thru Containers, we developed 52 locations across (3) building types and (3) continents. We created and delivered small-digital, high experience/low cost, mobile, portable, launched new SBUX retail brands,all catalog furniture and FF&E, NetZero Standards, and most of all created the highest expectation of what can be accomplished at velocity and how to do it driven by the Starbucks brand as it changed and evolved.

And now I am excited to be at HARBOR. I believe the model we have created is incredibly potent and the only successful retail creation format through Integrated Design: An agency model with embedded digital intelligence and experience woven into immersive design with a rapid modeling and prototyping process delivering incredible speed, coordination and the ability to scale globally.
